Danske Bank Pleads Guilty to Fraud on U.S. Banks in a Multi-Billion Dollar Scheme to Access the U.S. Financial System.
Largest Bank in Denmark Agrees to Forfeit $2 Billion.
Danske Bank A/S (Danske Bank), a global financial institution headquartered in Denmark, pleaded guilty today and agreed to forfeit $2 billion to resolve the United States’ investigation into Danske Bank’s fraud on U.S. banks.
According to court documents, Danske Bank defrauded U.S. banks regarding Danske Bank Estonia’s customers and anti-money laundering controls to facilitate access to the U.S. financial system for Danske Bank Estonia’s high-risk customers, who resided outside of Estonia – including in Russia. The Justice Department will credit nearly $850 million in payments that Danske Bank makes to resolve related parallel investigations by other domestic and foreign authorities. Continues further down.

The Subversion of Truth
In Times of Great Upheaval.
Lønseth: "Norwegians have nothing to fear from the American SIMAS surveillance."
In a post Anders Breivik and Utøya time, it is especially important not to provoke. It is extremely important that the Police set a good example. The police are required to comply with national laws and international treaties to which Norway has signed on to.
Because we have a police force that monitors Norwegian citizens and work for another country's government, the United States and violates Norwegian §90. The United Nations human rights and Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. And betrays the Norwegian men and women who is largely unaware of what is going on right over their heads!
When Secretary of State Mr. Pål Lønseth in the political section of the Ministry of Justice (Today head of the Economic Crime section of the Police, Økokrim) states that "Norwegians have nothing to fear from American (SIMAS) surveillance. We do not doubt what they (the people in Washington) have informed us. Our relationship with the Americans is good and close. We have had a meeting with them in Washington and based on our dialogue we can say that they have not given us information that can be traced back to something to criticize. »
Which shows the level of deceivement brought upon the people of Norway today.
My way point of view is to create dialogue and common ground in order to solve problems together and lower the level of danger. Something I did in the Islamic Republic of Iran between 2000 and 2003. The price I had to pay was that I got the whole of established Norway against me. Because Norway did not want insight, self-protective and suspicious as it is.
I could have averted Statoil's corruption with Iran and improved Norway's relations, but no. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was not interested, nor were the others, INTSOK and the Export Council. Norway was expelled from Iran after only three years. But it was all right because Norway always knows best!
In 1978 I wrote about Russian infiltration in the Dutch, German, and Danish peace movements, an in-depth investigation of the topic.
A Norwegian policeman in civilian clothes once asked me, "So, you write about the radars in Vardø (Globus III) to inform the Russians?" What a silly thing to say! No, I do not write about Globus II and III on Vardø to "inform the Russians." I write to put the radars in a global radar context and warn that Norway has painted itself into a corner it cannot get out of. Made itself a target, and that the population on Vardø and surrounding areas will be the very first to become victims of the war.
I am writing for the Norwegian population who are completely without protection in war and who have been seduced into believing that the policy pursued today is in Norway's best interests, when the fact is that the Norwegian population is unable to absorb a Russian retaliation.
