State party Norway and its hypocritic and devious case against Author Knut Hamsun.

Writers and Intellectuals harassed and denied work in Norway. Free speach is a joke. The Police State will crack down on anyone who dears to speak out.  The seriousity of the State is crumbling. No human rights. Near to one hundred people down to age twnty has killed themselves in holding cells over the past years.

The case the Norwegian State brought against the Norwegian writer and recipient of the Nobel Prize in Literature 1920, Knut Hamsun was last century's Norwegian hypocrisy of proportions and demonstrated a State without tact and tone.

The Norwegian State was an integral part of the pan-European extermination process of European Jews and sent Norwegian Jews to the gas chambers in Poland, has committed genocide, and is in theory, technically liable for punishment under Article 1-4 under the International Criminal Court.

Under a thin cover of democracy and swagger, the Norwegian police state awaits anyone, and any writer or intellectual who dears to have an opinion that deviates from the States own.

Traitors in High Places. Working for Moscow while Norways secret Police looked the other way. 

These are the people who like to be looked up to and walk  around with an incredible hybris of vain power. They have created a State within the State. They themselves proclaim that they are above the Law, while continuing to harass and destroy the lives of many people. Behind their facade of obedience to the Law they have sold out their own people to a foreign power.



The State called Hamsun a traitor. Here is what the State did in 1987. The Toshiba–Kongsberg scandal was a late Cold War controversy that arose in 1987 when some member nations of the Coordinating Committee for Multilateral Export Controls (CoCom) illegally exported to the Soviet Union machine tools that could be used in combination with the Kongsberg numerical control (NC) devices made in Norway, in violation of the CoCom agreement.

The equipment was notable for being used to mill quieter propellers for Soviet submarines. The incident strained relations between the United States and Japan and resulted in the arrest and prosecution of two senior executives, as well as the imposition of sanctions on Kongsberg by both countries.

The Court has jurisdiction over natural persons.

A person who commits a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court is individually responsible and liable for punishment in accordance with the Rome Statute.

1 In accordance with the Rome Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person: Commits such a crime, whether as an individual, jointly with another or through another person, regardless of whether that other person is criminally responsible.

2 Orders, solicits or induces the commission of such a crime which in fact occurs or is attempted; For the purpose of facilitating the commission of such a crime, aids, abets or otherwise assists in its commission or its attempted commission, including providing the means for its commission.

3 In any other way contributes to the commission or attempted commission of such a crime by a group of persons acting with a common purpose.

4 In respect of the crime of genocide, directly and publicly incites others to commit genocide; Attempts to commit such a crime by taking action that commences its execution by means of a substantial step, but the crime does not occur because of circumstances independent of the person's intentions.

The case the Norwegian State brought against the author Knut Hamsun was from the start a rediculous joke based on enormous hypocrisy.

In April this year, a highly respected Norwegian child psychiatrist was convicted of downloading thousands of images of child pornography.

The psychiatrist had been used as an expert, until his arrest, by Norway's controversial child protection system and was involved in decisions about whether children should be removed from their parents.

Campaigners in Norway have long accused the system of removing children from their parents without justification and now, despite the serious nature of this man's offence, the authorities are refusing to review the child protection cases he gave evidence in.
